Management Trainee – Immediate Start in Southampton

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Management Training Programme in Southampton. As a Management Trainee you will receive hands‑on experience across all core business functions and fast‑track your progression toward a branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and monitor financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Manage fleet operations, logistics planning and performance optimisation.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you grow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
