Management Trainee – Isle of Wight

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking enthusiastic individuals for its Management Trainee programme on the Isle of Wight. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a fast‑track path to branch management within two years, giving you hands‑on experience across all core business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local businesses and grow the branch’s network.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Oversee fleet operations, logistics planning and overall branch performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to progress into managerial roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
