About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Learn fleet management, strategic planning and logistical operations.
• Mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to lead and promote staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience accepted.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
