Management Trainee – Penzance

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme in Penzance and develop the skills needed to become a branch manager within two years. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan strategically and drive performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with opportunities to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
