About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme in Plymouth and fast‑track your career towards branch management. You will receive hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, finance and operations while being supported by a mentorship network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Oversee fleet operations, strategic planning and logistical performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team, with the opportunity to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
