Management Trainee – Retail Operations (Reading)

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee programme in Reading, giving graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across its car‑rental business. The role combines hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and people management, with the aim of progressing to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Learn fleet operations, logistics planning and performance optimisation.
• Mentor and train team members, taking on leadership responsibilities as you grow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
