Management Trainee – Stroud & Cirencester

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious individuals to join its Management Training Programme in Stroud (and nearby Cirencester). As a Management Trainee you will receive hands‑on experience across all core business areas and fast‑track your path to a branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – handle reservations, resolve enquiries and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Sales & Marketing – develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Financial Control – understand cost structures, interpret profit‑and‑loss statements and support profitability.
• Operations & Logistics – manage fleet availability, plan strategically and drive performance.
• Leadership & Development – mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to lead a team as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
