Management Trainee – Winchester

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee position in Winchester. The programme is designed to develop future branch managers by providing hands‑on experience across all core business areas. Successful candidates will progress quickly, with the potential to lead a branch within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners and promoting the brand.
• Assist with financial control, cost management and interpretation of profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Learn operational and logistical processes such as fleet management, strategic planning and performance monitoring.
• Develop leadership skills by mentoring team members and gradually taking on supervisory responsibilities.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, though relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
