About the role
This role joins the Consumer Lending Capital Optimisation team to improve capital efficiency and deliver stronger outcomes for customers across a large, diverse portfolio. Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with product, risk, finance and treasury colleagues to shape decisions that optimise performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse capital impacts and translate data into clear insights.
- Support product design, customer strategy, portfolio optimisation and risk transfer initiatives.
- Collaborate across Product, Risk, Finance and Treasury to align business and customer outcomes.
- Contribute to agile delivery and cross‑functional change projects.
Required profile
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services, analytics or a commercial role.
- 2+ years analysing information and providing insights for decision‑making.
- Experience with financial, portfolio or capital concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a curious mindset.
