Manager – Deals Transfer Pricing (Big4)

About the role

Our client, a leading Big‑4 professional services firm, is expanding its Deals Transfer Pricing team in London. The Manager will provide specialist transfer‑pricing advice to multinational corporations, private‑equity investors and funds throughout the full deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on transfer pricing for transactions, restructurings and business transformations.
• Support due‑diligence, vendor assistance, post‑deal integration and value‑creation projects.
• Design and implement transfer‑pricing policies and pricing models.
• Collaborate with UK and global network on cross‑border engagements.
• Advise on financing transactions, HMRC enquiries and prepare transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Deals Tax practice.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA, ATT or equivalent professional qualification (or comparable international experience).
• Proven experience delivering transfer‑pricing advice in a professional services environment.
• Strong project and client‑management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for developing people.
