Manager (Health Economics)

About the role

As a Manager in Health Economics at Acumetis, you will lead high‑impact Market Access and HEOR consulting projects, overseeing delivery across full project scopes and managing cross‑functional teams. You will act as a trusted strategic partner for clients navigating complex pricing, evidence and access environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own project programmes from planning through execution, ensuring quality, consistency and strategic alignment.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing coaching, performance reviews and wellbeing support.
• Drive business development activities including proposal scoping, solution design and commercial planning.
• Validate analytical outputs, statistical modelling and evidence synthesis to ensure they meet client objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant in Market Access, HEOR or related fields.
• Strong critical‑thinking and attention‑to‑detail with ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for leading client workshops, calls and delivering persuasive written narratives.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HEOR frameworks, health technology assessment (HTA) methodology and pricing/access principles.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, evidence synthesis and statistical modelling.
