Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager to lead the Finance workstream on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. You will guide delivery of complex enterprise solutions, ensure alignment with client objectives, and act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirement‑gathering workshops for Finance modules.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Translate business requirements into deployable D365 Finance solutions.
• Conduct Fit‑Gap assessments and produce process maps using Microsoft Business Process Catalogue.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Act as Finance SME, providing architecture and design recommendations.
• Draft functional design documents and oversee configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Manage Azure DevOps artefacts and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Finance workstreams on D365 implementations.
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to act as Finance SME.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and product demonstrations.
• Ability to identify risks and report deviations against budget and schedule.
