Manager - Procurement Transformation

About the role

KPMG is looking for an experienced procurement professional to join its Corporates Operations Transformation team. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end procurement transformation programmes for large corporate clients, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams or work alongside clients on complex commercial and transformational engagements.
• Assess clients' current procurement capability against leading practice and identify improvement areas across people, process and technology.
• Develop procurement strategies, operating models, organisational redesigns and technology road‑maps.
• Support implementation of improvements such as category management, sourcing, contract and supplier management, Source‑to‑Pay, sustainable and responsible procurement.
• Evaluate insourcing vs outsourcing options for back‑, middle‑ and front‑office services and deliver structured training programmes.
• Interpret emerging supply‑chain regulations (e.g., CSDDD, EUDR) and advise clients on risk mitigation and opportunity capture.
• Provide insight on the procurement technology market and help clients build digital strategies that leverage advanced analytics, RPA and AI.
• Develop robust business cases, source and evaluate digital solutions, and manage multi‑year, global technology implementation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering procurement transformation programmes, including digital and technology components.
• Experience working with large, complex organisations (FTSE 100, Fortune 500).
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain regulations and their impact on procurement.
• Ability to assess capability, design training and up‑skill client teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
