Manager, Product Management – Resiliency Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Resiliency Operations to lead the development and delivery of on‑behalf authorization solutions. You will work across Europe to ensure a frictionless cardholder experience during crisis events, cyber‑attacks, natural disasters, and evolving regulatory demands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Payment Resiliency solutions in Europe.
• Collaborate with regional sales, account management, and consulting services to drive solution adoption and growth.
• Partner with Customer Success and Service Business Leads, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Develop and present compelling business cases to secure stakeholder buy‑in for product utilization.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and narratives for diverse audiences.
• Work closely with engineering teams to enhance the resiliency of payment authorization systems.
