About the role
Springer Nature is looking for a Manager, Researcher Engagement to drive its digital researcher‑engagement strategy. You will coordinate virtual seminars, digital events and community‑building activities that connect researchers and authors across our platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of researcher‑engagement initiatives, focusing on digital events and virtual seminars.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day event logistics, ensuring high‑quality, scalable experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, platform teams, Community Managers and external partners to implement best‑practice processes.
- Develop and implement a scalable digital‑events strategy across the organisation.
- Provide hands‑on support for priority or complex initiatives while enabling broader teams to deliver events at scale.
Required profile
- Strategic mindset with strong project‑management capabilities.
- Experience analysing data to inform engagement decisions.
- Comfort with multimedia tools and a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to optimise processes and produce clear written communications.
