Manager, Solution Architect – Acceptance & Digital

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Solution Architect to lead the growth of its digital checkout and core acceptance portfolio across Europe. The role bridges sales, product, and technical delivery, helping customers adopt tokenization, Click to Pay, passkey authentication, merchant cloud, and emerging solutions such as stablecoins.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Development and Account Management teams in building vertical plans and sales pipelines for digital and core acceptance solutions.
• Customize value narratives that showcase product benefits for specific clients.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions to customer and business needs.
• Participate in customer‑facing discussions to provide deep technical insight when sales teams need additional support.
• Bundle core acceptance and digital products to maximize customer value.
• Create processes, templates, and communication channels that enable efficient BD operations and feedback loops to product teams.
• Establish tracking structures for digital and core priorities and report key performance indicators to executive leadership.
