About the role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a large, multi‑location business that is undergoing rapid evolution and expansion. Reporting to the Group CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will own the full P&L and drive the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear strategic direction that aligns with overall corporate goals.
• Take full accountability for commercial and financial performance, including revenue, cost and investment management.
• Oversee a complex, multi‑site operation, ensuring consistency, control and continuous improvement.
• Lead the design and delivery of customer propositions to boost engagement and value.
• Build and empower a senior leadership team, fostering decisive action and ownership.
• Drive operational excellence through scalable ways of working and high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial and operational leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong P&L ownership with a track record of delivering financial targets.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and execute with pace.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Demonstrated capability to build high‑performing teams and a performance‑led culture.
