Mandarin Speaking Solution Manager / Assistant Solution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Solution Manager (or Assistant Solution Manager) to join our Operations Support team in central London. You will design, deliver and support DICT and telecom network projects for enterprise and carrier customers, covering the full pre‑sale to post‑sale lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in pre‑sale meetings, capture technical requirements and propose competitive solutions.
• Produce high‑quality documentation, design reviews and project reports for each phase.
• Coordinate implementation activities, including provisioning, vendor liaison and on‑site support.
• Provide after‑sales technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of delivered solutions.
• Manage project timelines, risks and communications to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Professional certifications such as MCP, Citrix, CCNP, HCIP, VMware VCP, RHCSA (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with telecom network and DICT products.
• Knowledge of LAN, WLAN, public and private cloud, firewalls, servers, storage, phone systems, video‑conference and surveillance solutions.
• Familiarity with leased lines and IP transit services.
