Mandarin‑Speaking Amazon Advertising Manager (Reading)

About the role

People First is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Amazon Advertising Manager to lead end‑to‑end ad strategies for our clients in Reading. You will own campaign creation, optimisation and performance reporting across Amazon’s ad suite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon Advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP.
• Build scalable campaign structures, manage keyword, ASIN, placement and audience targeting.
• Optimise campaigns using metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impression share and search‑term performance.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximise profitable traffic and business impact.
• Design launch and seasonal promotion plans for new products, Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.
• Analyse marketplace data, produce performance reports and collaborate with E‑commerce, Content, Product and Supply Chain teams.
• Continuously improve advertising processes, reporting and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, E‑commerce, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• Hands‑on experience managing high‑volume Amazon Advertising accounts in the UK/EU.
• Proven track record of driving growth, improving performance and optimising spend.
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills.
