Mandarin‑Speaking Data Analyst – Sales & Operations (Reading)

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Data Analyst to join our Sales & Operations team in Reading. You will be responsible for turning large volumes of sales data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly sales performance reports and maintain dashboards for key sales KPIs.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in sales and operational data and support basic forecasting.
• Spot inefficiencies in reporting processes and propose improvements, including automation of recurring reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to align data definitions and support data‑driven discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar operational role.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data cleaning, reporting).
• Basic knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Effective communication skills and comfort working in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
