Mandarin‑Speaking E‑Commerce Specialist (Reading)

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking E‑Commerce Specialist to join our Reading office. You will manage Amazon marketplace operations, support product launches and optimise listings to drive sales and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process, track and update Amazon orders via Seller Central and Vendor Central, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, fulfilment status and resolve order exceptions, delivery issues and account health matters.
• Create and maintain product listings, manage catalogue updates, compliance checks and support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and advertising data; produce regular reports and recommend performance improvements.
• Track competitor activity, pricing and marketplace trends; work with marketing and content teams to enhance product presentation and SEO.
• Maintain SOPs, support cross‑functional e‑commerce projects and explore automation or AI tools for process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a right‑first‑time approach to operational tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

What we offer
