About the role
We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist (Turner) to join a well‑established manufacturing company. The role is days‑based, offering a stable permanent position with extensive training, overtime opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual turning and vertical boring machines.
- Interpret customer drawings and specifications to produce medium‑heavy workpieces.
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure timely delivery of components.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist with turning expertise.
- Ability to work accurately from technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience operating vertical boring machines or lathes.

- Salary £38,000‑£39,000 per year
