Manufacturing Line Leader – Warehouse

About the role

As a Manufacturing Line Leader in the Warehouse team at Morrisons, you will oversee a specific area of the operation and coordinate a team to manage the goods‑in and goods‑out process. You will work in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment to deliver quality, food‑safe products on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a set area of the warehouse, ensuring smooth flow of goods in and out.
• Provide tools, training and guidance to colleagues on site processes and best practices.
• Listen to team members, resolve issues promptly and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate flexibly with other teams to speed up and simplify workflows.

Required profile

• Ability to support and educate colleagues on correct procedures and suggest improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret written and numerical data.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of warehouse safety, hygiene and food‑safe standards.
• Experience with goods‑in/goods‑out processes and team coordination.
