Manufacturing Operative – Cleanroom Production

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operative to join a fast‑moving cleanroom environment in Bedford. You will help produce high‑quality products while following strict specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture precise products in a cleanroom, adhering to SOPs and quality standards.
• Accurately record process data, complete production logs and document any deviations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet output, yield and continuous‑improvement targets.
• Maintain cleanroom discipline, safety, housekeeping and effective time management.
• Report process or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.

Required profile

• GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Team player with good spoken and written English communication.
• High level of responsibility, adaptability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is advantageous, but on‑the‑job training is provided.
