Manufacturing Operative

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our fast‑paced production team in Warrington. You will work in a cleanroom environment, operating both manual and automated equipment to help deliver high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in cleanrooms while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Complete production documentation in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Material Handling and other cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives using the PPI system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production or a similar environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working with hazardous materials.
• Awareness of COSHH and cleanroom protocols is preferred.
