About the role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join an innovative engineering company that produces high‑end electronic equipment. The role offers full training and a clear pathway for progression within a fast‑growing business.
Key responsibilities
- Operate specialist manufacturing machinery to produce high‑quality equipment.
- Support the production line, ensuring products meet the highest standards.
- Work double‑day shifts in a production environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow health & safety procedures.
Required profile
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Eagerness to learn, develop technical skills and progress within the company.
- Ability to commute to Oxford or surrounding areas (Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Bicester, Kidlington, Banbury).

- Salary range £28,000 – £34,000 per year.
