Manufacturing Senior NPI Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Senior NPI Engineer will bridge the gap between design and production for an award‑winning RF and microwave solutions provider. You will ensure new RF and millimetre‑wave products move smoothly from prototype to stable, high‑volume manufacturing while meeting demanding performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through to production release.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for new RF and microwave products.
• Contribute to Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives.
• Analyse RF test data to improve product performance, yield and process capability.
• Investigate manufacturing and RF performance issues using structured problem‑solving techniques.
• Support production ramp‑up and continuous improvement programmes.
• Design and implement manufacturing tooling and fixtures as required.
• Produce clear technical documentation, manufacturing procedures and engineering reports.

Required profile

• HND, degree or equivalent practical experience in Electronic, RF, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proven experience introducing new RF and microwave products into manufacturing.
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and solve technical manufacturing challenges.
