Manufacturing Technician – Electro‑Mechanical Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our high‑quality production facility in Pulborough. You will work in a structured environment assembling electro‑mechanical components and final products to strict build standards, collaborating closely with engineering and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble sub‑assemblies, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and complete electro‑mechanical products.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials and work instructions.
• Perform soldering and mechanical assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Raise non‑conformances, document re‑work and maintain build records.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and health & safety requirements.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Methodical approach to documentation and quality control.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
