Manufacturing Technician

About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Cramlington on a temporary, full‑time basis. You will work a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off day shift from 6 am to 6 pm, contributing to smooth production operations and gaining experience with modern equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures and keep the workspace clean and organised.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing practical knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
