Manufacturing Technician (Night Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our night‑shift production team in Witney. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality medical devices, ensuring every product meets strict standards for patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to maintain line efficiency.
• Track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software, ensuring data integrity.
• Act as the first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and supporting engineering for complex repairs.
• Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech is a distinct advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow logical, sequential processes.
• Digital literacy with the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and commitment to collaborative teamwork.
