Missions principales

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless production flow.
• Perform precise product assembly and manage continuous production line monitoring.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to meet strict brand standards.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Profil recherché

• Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Technical background with an NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent in engineering.
• Ability to follow complex, detailed processes and strict safety protocols.
• Physical stamina: ability to remain standing for extended periods and handle moderate loads.
• Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to work on a shift rotation schedule.
