Maps Reporting Specialist – French Language

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Maps Reporting Specialist to join our London team. The role combines customer support for our mapping service with data analysis and reporting, ensuring high‑quality map data for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line customer support for the maps service in both English and French.
• Analyse map data, generate reports and validate information to maintain precision.
• Set up, configure and maintain devices used for editing, testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams, update the Apple manager on task status and liaise with other support groups.
• Perform information validation, including phone verification when required.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written English and French.
• Minimum of a university‑level education (15 years of schooling).
• At least 2 years of technical support or problem‑solving experience.
• Strong research abilities, attention to detail and self‑motivation.
• Interest in mapping and experience with Mac OS X preferred.

Required skills

• QGIS (advantageous).
• Mac OS X experience.
