About the role

Join Ipsos as a part‑time Market Research Field Interviewer in Edinburgh. You will spend 6‑hour shifts visiting neighbourhoods, inviting residents to take short surveys on their opinions and experiences. The role is flexible, allowing you to pre‑book at least 12 hours per week between 9 am and 8 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations using your own car (business insurance and a valid licence required).
• Approach households door‑to‑door and invite occupants to participate in surveys.
• Record responses on a company‑provided tablet.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs for reimbursement.
• Represent Ipsos professionally and ensure a positive experience for participants.

Required profile

• Enjoy meeting new people and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Reliable driver with a valid licence and appropriate insurance.
• Available for at least 12 hours per week in pre‑booked 6‑hour shifts.
• Interest in community issues and willingness to contribute to research that influences local decisions.
