Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will manage client relationships, translate briefs into actionable plans, and help deliver engaging marketing content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Gather marketing objectives, develop clear project plans, and communicate them to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Content, Creative, Digital and other teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of campaigns.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Support the creation of social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, blogs and other marketing collateral.
• Review content and assets for quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce reports and provide insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, marketing or client services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to take briefs and manage projects from concept to delivery.
• Hands‑on experience creating content for digital marketing channels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative and detail‑oriented mindset.
