Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our marketing team in Billingham. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Monitor performance, provide regular updates, insights and recommendations to clients.
• Identify opportunities to retain, grow and develop client accounts.
• Present marketing plans, performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Resolve client queries and challenges proactively.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Marketing Account Manager or Client Services role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
