Marketing Administrator – Office Support & Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing Department in Bedford. You will provide day‑to‑day administrative and research assistance to the Head of Department and Marketing Manager, helping to keep the team organised and campaigns running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and research support to senior marketing staff.
• Manage the department’s calendar, coordinate bookings and organise meetings and working lunches.
• Monitor client reviews and respond promptly.
• Assist with internal and external events, including charity activities.
• Collate and distribute periodical editorial material.
• Update and maintain the company website, including photography and new‑starter biographies.
• Contribute ideas to wider marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience (advantageous).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
• Proactive, flexible and well‑organised.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
