Marketing and PR Manager

About the role

The organisation, a well‑established player in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Marketing and PR Manager to lead its communications, marketing and public‑relations activities. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will help raise the brand profile, increase member engagement and support key events and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing, communications and PR campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Manage digital channels, including website content, social media platforms and email marketing.
• Create engaging copy for members, events, sponsorships and industry communications.
• Lead PR initiatives such as media relations, press releases and brand‑awareness programmes.
• Promote events and partnerships through targeted multi‑channel campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, members and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing, PR or Communications role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing websites, social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyse data and measure campaign performance.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
