Marketing Assistant

About the role

A rapidly growing automotive OEM is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join its expanding UK marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early‑career professional to gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, paid media, campaign reporting, CRM activity, lead generation and marketing operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of digital and paid‑media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist with lead‑generation activities and monitor performance against key KPIs.
• Produce regular campaign performance reports and marketing updates.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and media partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Assist with CRM and email‑marketing activities, including audience management and reporting.
• Update website content and optimise landing pages.
• Help develop and coordinate creative assets and marketing materials.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends.
• Maintain marketing budgets, schedules, trackers and administrative documentation.
• Support wider marketing partnerships, activations and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related field, or 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Interest in digital marketing, paid media and performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
