About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a busy team in Southampton during a period of high activity and multiple ongoing projects. The role offers hands‑on experience across a range of marketing activities and provides a solid foundation for a career in marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and organise events, handling logistics and required materials.
- Manage content updates across social media platforms and the company website.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures and presentations.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics.
- Maintain and update the marketing database and mailing lists.
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

What we offer
- Permanent contract based in Southampton.
- Salary range £30,000 – £32,000 per year, dependent on experience.
