About the role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm located near St Paul’s in London. The role offers a varied mix of marketing, communications and administrative duties, providing an excellent entry point into legal marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of marketing communications and campaign activities.
- Plan, organise and deliver events, conferences, webinars and seminars.
- Coordinate new‑joiner administration, manage budgets, diaries, travel arrangements and expense claims.
- Assist with legal directory submissions, interview preparation and content updates.
- Contribute to PR and social‑media initiatives, including press releases and website updates.
Required profile
- Self‑starter who enjoys a varied workload.
- Experience in a professional services firm or B2B environment is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
