Marketing & Business Development Executive – Haywards Heath

About the role

We are partnering with a modern, progressive law firm in Haywards Heath to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Executive. This full‑time, office‑based position offers the chance to work closely with solicitors and business leaders, creating compelling content and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Interview industry leaders and subject‑matter experts to produce client‑focused content.
• Write blogs, website copy, newsletters and social media posts.
• Create case studies, client success stories and repurpose content into videos, graphics and downloadable resources.
• Ensure all output follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and assist with AI‑driven marketing tools.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Development or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with a talent for turning complex information into engaging content.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn within a fast‑growing professional services environment.

Required skills

• Content creation and copywriting.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled marketing technologies (experience not required).

What we offer

• Salary £28,000 – £35,000 per year.
