Marketing & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our in‑house team at Office Angels in Haywards Heath. The role blends content creation, digital marketing and business development to support the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging written content for websites, blogs, articles, email campaigns and social media.
• Develop case studies, client success stories and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support website maintenance, content optimisation and SEO performance.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
• Assist with planning, execution and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
• Help organise events, networking initiatives and prepare marketing collateral.
• Maintain CRM data and assist with reporting for business‑development activities.
• Explore AI‑powered marketing tools to improve efficiency and campaign results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital‑marketing trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional.
• Previous marketing experience or a relevant qualification.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and project‑management capabilities.
