Marketing & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join a well‑established law firm in West Sussex. You will turn complex legal expertise into engaging content, support digital marketing initiatives and work with AI‑driven tools to boost the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Content marketing – interview solicitors, write articles, website copy, blogs, newsletters and LinkedIn posts; create client success stories, case studies and repurpose content into videos, graphics and downloadable resources.
• Digital marketing – maintain and develop the firm’s website, improve SEO performance, monitor analytics, identify new content opportunities and support email marketing campaigns.
• AI & Innovation – use AI tools to accelerate content creation, develop marketing workflows, research emerging technology and test new ideas.
• Business development – support events, award and legal‑directory submissions, produce marketing collateral and manage CRM and campaign reporting.

Required profile

• Excellent copywriting and outstanding written English.
• Marketing qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confidence communicating with professionals.
