Marketing & Business Development Manager – Energy

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position will drive and execute the marketing strategy for the Energy practice of a leading global professional services firm, supporting business development across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Manage sector pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Develop client‑focused marketing materials and credentials.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate high‑impact events, from flagship conferences to targeted client sessions.
• Support client relationship development and cross‑selling initiatives.

Required profile

• Approximately 7+ years of marketing and business development experience in professional services, preferably legal.
• Proven track record in delivering pitches, campaigns and managing senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with strong writing and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage complex, fast‑paced projects across global teams.
• Interest or knowledge of the energy and energy‑transition sector is a plus.
