Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the role

The Boutique West End Law Firm is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to support partners with firm‑wide marketing plans during a period of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and implementing plans to raise the firm’s profile and develop strategies to win new business.
• Supporting fee earners to build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Leading and managing all firm marketing events, including seminars, webinars and hospitality.
• Maintaining the firm’s website, ensuring content is current and liaising with external web designers.
• Producing articles, newsletters and other literature, and uploading content to the website and social media platforms.
• Working with the external PR team to promote the business and responding to enquiries generated by marketing activity.

Required profile

• Strong academic background, preferably with a recognised marketing qualification.
• Results‑driven, proactive, enthusiastic and imaginative.
• Strong influencer with ability to work with partners, sector heads and fee earners.
• Experience in marketing and business development within the legal industry.

What we offer

• Salary up to £75,000 per year.
• Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days remote).
• 09:30‑17:30 working hours.
