Marketing Campaign Activation Lead

About the role

At the heart of some of Seco's most important global marketing initiatives, you lead campaigns that create business impact across markets and regions. Combining strategic direction with hands‑on leadership, you bring people together, drive momentum, and ensure successful delivery in a complex global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the activation and execution of global marketing campaigns.
• Build and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, including external partners and agencies.
• Develop campaign activation plans, content strategies, budgets, and timelines.
• Shape campaign messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, content, and campaign assets across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage risks, and present recommendations and results to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of leading complex, integrated campaigns in an international environment.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders, drive momentum, and translate business objectives into compelling marketing initiatives.
• Background in marketing, brand building, communications, and campaign management.
• Experience leading cross‑functional project teams across multiple regions.
• Strong storytelling, messaging, and campaign development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Collaborative leadership style with a commercial, data‑informed mindset.
