About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to design and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that boost customer acquisition, retention and brand growth. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will translate insights and market trends into strategic initiatives that deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated campaigns aligned with customer, commercial and brand objectives.
• Create detailed campaign plans that drive acquisition, loyalty and long‑term engagement.
• Collaborate with digital, CRM, content, social, e‑commerce, retail operations and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Leverage customer insights, market trends and performance data to shape strategy and optimise activity.
• Own campaign timelines, KPIs and measurement frameworks to guarantee successful delivery.
• Analyse results, identify improvement opportunities and maximise ROI.
• Lead high‑profile initiatives, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and championing innovation.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support budget planning and monitor spend against objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in campaign, integrated or customer‑engagement marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering successful omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle, digital marketing and engagement strategies.
• Highly analytical with experience using performance data to inform decisions.
• Commercially aware with the ability to align marketing activity to business goals.
