Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Campaign Manager you will lead the planning, creation and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for a well‑established technology and managed services business in Greater Manchester. The role is central to increasing brand visibility and supporting the company’s growth across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to deliver assets on schedule.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform planning.
• Prepare detailed reports evaluating campaign success.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign role, preferably in a Tech/SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of planning and managing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a multichannel digital marketing role.
• Understanding of B2B services environments.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £40,000‑£50,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working arrangement with a 2‑week rotation (3 days one week, 4 days the next).
• Permanent position based in Manchester.
