Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Talent Set is partnering with a renowned children’s charity to find a Marketing Communications Manager. This full‑time role will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives that raise awareness and drive engagement for the charity’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Create and manage content across digital, print and media channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee branding to ensure consistency and clarity in all messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies based on insights.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including events and PR activities.
• Support fundraising and advocacy through compelling storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, communications or public relations within a charity or non‑profit setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities, handling multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, social media and media outreach channels.
• Creative and strategic thinking to achieve organisational goals.
