Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Sharpham Trust is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate its digital presence and stakeholder engagement. This part‑time position (3‑4 days a week) blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across our historic estate and online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
• Oversee the rollout and optimisation of the new Zoho CRM system.
• Line‑manage the Communications Officer and coordinate with programming, finance, bookings, health & safety, property, gardening and catering teams.
• Analyse audience data to tailor communications and improve engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a charitable or non‑profit environment.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise resources effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working on‑site part of each week while managing remote tasks.
